I work for an employer but use my own tools, am I covered?

If you own it, you insure it. It’s that simple! Not all employers will have sufficient cover to keep you protected. Our tool cover will have you sorted if they get damaged, lost or stolen. If your tools are under 10 years old, you’ll get a spanking new replacement and if they’re older, you’ll get a cash amount.

My own car got smashed on my way to the job, am I covered under my employer?

If you use your own vehicle for work and your employer is insured with Cactus, we’ll have your back for work trips….just don’t assume they’ve got insurance. If you’re unsure, give us a call and we’ll sort you out.
