  • (b) The User’s gender and date of birth.

Any electronic marketing communication offering other financial opportunities, products or services will include an unsubscribe facility.

6.1 We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. 11.1 Cactus Insurance at all times has a person appointed as its privacy officer (the Privacy Officer).

11.2 The Privacy Officer will be familiar with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and be available to assist on privacy matters for Cactus Insurance.
