Eligibility
The Prezzee Card promotion is only open to legal residents of New Zealand who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Disqualified participants are: (a) all Cactus Insurance employees (b) all people under the age of 18 years.
Promotion Period
This is a monthly promotion. Each monthly period commences at 12:00am and ends at 11:59pm local New Zealand time on the corresponding calendar dates (e.g., 1–31 October). Entries must be received within the relevant monthly period. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
How to Enter
During the promotion period, leave a public Google review sharing your genuine experience with Cactus Insurance at the brand’s official Google listing here https://tinyurl.com/CactusInsuranceReview.
Your review must remain published and visible at the time of the draw to be eligible. Reviews posted outside the promotion period, or not posted to the correct listing, are ineligible.
Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the relevant monthly period. The draw will occur within 7 days after the end of each monthly period.
Winner verification: If we are unable to find a record of the client meeting within our database, preventing our ability to verify eligibility, the entry may be disqualified and a redraw conducted.
The winner will be contacted via email. Where attempts to contact the Winner fail (e.g. when the Winner does not respond to email within 5 working days), the prize will be regarded as forfeited.
After the winner is confirmed and the prize is arranged, we may share the winning review on social media platforms.
The Prize
The Prize (a NZD $200 Prezzee e‑Gift Card) is not transferable, non‑refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash (except as required by law). The Prezzee e‑Gift Card will be delivered electronically to the winner’s nominated email.
Prezzee card terms apply; Cactus Insurance is not responsible for Prezzee platform availability or card expiry.
Social Media & Marketing Content & Conduct
Reviews must be lawful, respectful, and based on genuine experiences. We may disqualify entries that are misleading, defamatory, infringe third‑party rights, contain inappropriate content, or otherwise breach these terms or platform rules.
Participation must comply with Google’s policies. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Google.
Privacy
By entering, you consent to Cactus Insurance collecting and using your first name and review content for the purposes of administering the promotion and for publicity/marketing (including announcing the winner and quoting reviews) without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
